Frederick Wadsworth, CPA

Frederick is a cum laude graduate of the University of Utah with a Bachelors in Finance. His professional experience includes a full range of CPA professional services (bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax, excise tax, income tax and financial statements) and utilizes this experience by helping clients save money, improve their business operations, reduce their tax bill and improving their compliance with State or Federal tax rules. Frederick has experience helping a wide variety of clients in many industries including professional trades, medical service providers, real estate and construction. He has also worked as a controller of a specialty trade contractor. When not working, Frederick enjoys being with his family, especially their summer camping trips.

Clark Reese, CPA

Clark is a graduate of Boise State University with a Masters of Accountancy. During college years he interned in the tax department of J.R. Simplot Company. After graduation he spent more than 8 years at a prestigious national public accounting company and made the switch to local public accounting because he enjoys working with closely-held businesses and their owners. Clark has held a CPA license since 2005 and belongs to the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Idaho Society of CPAs, and the Construction Financial Managers Association. In his free time, Clark enjoys spending time with him family and watching and participating in sports.

Christine Moe, CPA

Christine has a bachelor's degree in accounting, construction management and a minor in business administration, all from Boise State University. She spent five years as a project manager for a construction company before spending the last five years working for a large local public accounting firm. She is a licensed CPA specializing in construction, real estate, rental and farming entities, along with self-employed individuals. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and son and playing competitive slow-pitch softball and volleyball.

Scott Hoover, CPA

Scott is a graduate of the University of Idaho with a major in business and accounting and a minor in Spanish. He has held a CPA license since 2004. With an extensive background in assurance services, Scott has gained experience in a broad array of industries, including construction and manufacturing, nonprofit and governmental entities. He is a member of the AICCPA and the Idaho State Society of CPAs and is currently the Treasurer of the Blood Center Foundation of the Inland Northwest. In his free time, Scott enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing music and teaching yoga.

Sharon Wadsworth

Sharon has been working in accounting offices for over 25 years. Over that time she has developed an expertise in payroll, bookkeeping and office administration and has developed additional skills in pension administration and Form 5500 tax returns.

Krissy Witt

Krissy has been our wonderful Director of First Impressions for three years. She is the friendly voice on the phone and the first person you see when you come by our office and the last one you'll see when you leave. Krissy fulfills out client communications and administrative functions in the office. She has recently expanded her skill set to include payroll services, payroll reporting and bookkeeping.
